Cryosurgery

We are one of the few animal hospitals in the area equipped to do cryosurgery.
Cryosurgery involves the controlled, local application of liquid Nitrogen to freeze small
skin growths and warts.  There are many advantages including: no general anesthesia,
painless, no sutures, and no surgical cutting of tissues for growth removal.

Behavioral Services
Behavior problems can not only cause stress for you and your pet, but also, if   unchecked, can lead to major medical problems and a shorter life for your pet. Some of our behavior services include:
·      Behavioral counseling and treatment for problems including: housebreaking,
       barking, anxiety, aggressiveness, depression, etc.
·      Referral to a behaviorist in the area could also be provided for extreme cases.

   Microchip Placement
An AVID microchip is an excellent way to provide your pet with lifelong,
permanent identification.  The small microchip is injected under the skin
of your pet.  This procedure is very similar to vaccine administration.
