Appointments

To allow ample time for all patients and surgical procedures our doctors' hours are by appointment.  Though we make every effort to ensure appointments start promptly, emergencies take top priority and some patient's visits may require extra time.  If our schedule becomes disrupted enough to cause a significant delay in the start of your pet's appointment, you will be notified.

For the safety of our clients, patients and staff all cats and dogs must be up to date on their vaccinations.  As some animals may be uncomfortable in the unfamiliar environment of the hospital, we recommend all pets be on a leash or in a pet carrier while in the waiting area and that children not be left unsupervised.

Payments

Full payment is required at time of service.  We accept cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Privacy

We do not collect or give out any information to any third party vendors or internet businesses.  No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us or our web hosting company at www.evetsites.com. We recognize the importance of protecting the personal privacy of our clients, patients and those who simply visit our website.

At no time is any information give out about our clients or patients without consent.  This includes the release of records or proof of vaccinations to boarding facilities, groomers and other animal hospitals.
